Job Description

We are looking for a communicative and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a good understanding of GxP (Good Practice) regulations. This role involves performing standard business analysis tasks as well as specific GxP-related activities to ensure compliance and quality in all business processes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Ensure that requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives. 

  • Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. 

  • GxP Compliance: Ensure all business processes comply with GxP regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance. Address any non-compliance issues promptly. 

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes and requirements. Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory authorities. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance business efficiency and quality. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 

  • Proven experience in business analysis within the Life Sciences sector. 

  • Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
