•  Experience in VTOM administration at Level 3, managing complex infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scheduling jobs, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues related to backups, applications, and file transfers.
• Handling of Priority 1 and critical VTOM issues.
• Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and administering VTOM.
• Troubleshooting and configuring new VTOM agents.
• Proficiency in VTOM batch development.
• Installation, upgrading, configuring, maintaining, and controlling the Information Assurance posture of VTOM infrastructure.
• Analyzing user requirements and procedures for automating processing or improving existing job flows and scheduling systems.
• Maintenance of high availability of VTOM in a large infrastructure environment.
• Upgrading, patching, and providing recommendations for the VTOM environment.
• Understanding of MQ and Mainframe batch jobs are mandatory.
• Mandatory to perform operations on the VTOM Database (Postgres, Oracle) for various activities such as patching, mirroring, backups, and application-related troubleshooting.
• Documenting technical solutions and creating SOPs for the team.
• Mandatory knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely project completion.
• Exposure to automation and programming through UNIX shell scripting, Python, or other scripting languages is an added advantage.
• Analytical skills for understanding user requirements and procedures related to automation and job scheduling systems.
• Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, committed, process-oriented, and able to handle challenging situations.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Good to have:

• Knowledge on other workload automation tools (Control-M, Dollar Universe, TWS)
• ITIL knowledge and certification are preferred.
• Certification in any Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
