Communication specialist
Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism or related fields.
Objectives of this role
- Develop and execute communication strategies for customer and Aeroline missions.
- Create and manage the content which will be published in various platforms.
- Ensure consistency in all communication channels as per customer and internal guidelines.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of the communication means.
- Leverage technology and digital tools to prepare high impact communication.
- Creating a sense of belonging and uniting stakeholders of a community / network
- Enhancing the overall user experience and satisfaction, while making communications simpler
Roles and responsibilities
Client Activities
- Translate complex topics into messages understandable by diverse audiences (from operators to executives) and create various materials and ensuring their coherence in line with corporate guidelines.
- Creation/monitoring/updates of pages in g-sites/SharePoint. structuring, designing and populating a website through a user centric interface with relevant content, interactive features and support materials.
- Create the communication plan, from analysing the needs to designing the strategy and defining the actions, providing the team with a ready-to-implement strategy.
- Support the team by guiding them in the right direction and giving them feedback when drawing up their communication plan, ensuring that it is aligned with their objectives and priorities while respecting digital and client communication rules.
- Design the client intranet page, ensuring that it is consistent with the corporate / HR editorial guidelines, common look and feel and tone. Fill the page with relevant content, including information about the change, resources and interactive elements always up to date.
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience, ensuring it aligns with the client voice and objectives.
- Distribute content across relevant channels (client page, Gsite, newsletters, videos…)
- Track content performance using analytics tools to measure communication efficiency and engagement.
- Identify the parameters of the videos to be produced, develop videos and incorporate the key messages in each video and what needs to be showed.
- Create the visual design using graphic design software (such as illustrator…), ensuring alignment with the client graphic charter and objectives.
- For non-printed materials, develop digital assets optimized for different platforms and devices.
Aeroline mission
- Creative campaigns strengthening the brand image of Aeroline through unique and creative communication design: Design and execute email campaigns, manage mailing lists, and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement as focal point for Aeroline India.
- Create creative campaigns, contribute crafted stories to enable and inform employees and showcase Aeroline in various forums and internal channels including company blogs, newsletters, intranet etc.
- Event Coordination and preparation: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars, customer visits (invitation, handouts, presentations, videos), townhalls, events, communication activities linked to it.
- Delivery teams support for developing Pre-Sales artifacts, transformation of delivery team inputs into concise and attractive communication materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent teams to support Aeroline recruitment marketing results and impact on hiring objectives.
- Partner with global communication teams to deliver companywide messaging and updates.
Develop external communications programs with Sopra Steria marketing team developing and executing proactive PR campaigns to amplify local identity, our value proposition, key moments and events.
