Job Description

Description:

  1. Self-motivated with a strong history of working in ITSM/ITOM using ServiceNow.
  2. Hands-on experience with medium to complex ServiceNow development tasks.
  3. Ability to understand customer needs and work on various requests.
  4. Proficiency in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as:
  5. Incident Management
  6. Problem Management
  7. Configuration Management
  8. Change Management
  9. Knowledge Management
  10. Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management and monitoring tools.
  11. Skilled in managing medium to complex workflows.
  12. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow instance upgrades and patches.
  13. Expertise in scripting languages, including JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  14. Strong background in working with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL, etc.).
  15. Familiarity with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript, along with ServiceNow APIs.
  16. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders, manage new requirements, and provide solutions.

Portal & Mobile App Development:

  1. Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow portals to meet user needs and deliver efficient user experiences.
  2. Experience in building, customizing, and enhancing mobile applications in ServiceNow, ensuring smooth functionality across devices.
  3. Expertise in working with ServiceNow UI Builder to create modern, responsive, and engaging interfaces for portals and mobile apps.
  4. Ability to work on ServiceNow Mobile Studio to create, deploy, and manage mobile applications that enhance the ServiceNow experience.
  5. Knowledge of optimizing the user interface for mobile and portal solutions to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and user engagement.


Required Certifications:

  1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
