A senior profile with soft skills and character is required to manage customer requests and expectations and align them with the real capacity of the different work teams.

You must be able to lead and focus the liturgies and work sessions in order to achieve the outcomes within the established deadlines, define and narrow down the priorities and manage the demanders in order to focus their requests on achievable objectives.

Your day-to-day functions will be:

- Ensure compliance with the methodology.

- Avoid blockages within the team and manage any type of problem.

- Ensure the optimization of productive time within the sprint.

- Encourage team self-management and team spirit.

-Be able to have conversations in English with external teams..

'- 5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects.

- Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment

- Stakeholder management and communication skills (including fluency in English)

- Strong communication skills and team player.
