Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our innovative squads, focused on developing and optimizing Unix automation for large-scale infrastructure management. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions for tasks such as patching, reboots, and configuration management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Ansible, Python, Bash, and related tools.
Enhance existing Unix automation processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows for deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, sysadmins, developers) in an agile environment.
Maintain thorough documentation of code, scripts, and technical processes.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the squad.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience as a developer with strong Linux/Unix system administration expertise.
Proficiency in Ansible, Red Hat Satellite, EfficientIP, Python, and Bash.
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices; experience with GitLab, AAP (Ansible Tower), and CFEngine.
Knowledge of Perl, Kickstart, Podman, or HAProxy is a plus.
Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Requirements: Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
