Job Description

1. Must have minimum 4 Year of real experience in managing Web Development Projects as Business Analyst. Must have practical experience in coordinating with various teams involved in Complete SDLC.
2. Will be involved in doing Business Analysis and discussed with onshore stakeholders to identify the requirements and share with Offshore team.
3. Must be very good in Microsoft Suite (Word and excel) so that all project processes can be maintained. Suggestions and improvements are always welcome. Will be using Teams for document repository.
4. Must have experience of Agile Methodology.
5. Must have experience of Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning/Retrospective, User Story creation.. etc.. .
6. Good to have knowledge of JIRA, GITLAB, Constellation, Confluence.
7. Will be interacting with the Client regarding requirement gathering, Project Updates and Business Analysis.
8. Will be involved in Verification of Tasks performed by Designing Team, Developers, QA Testers.
9. Must have excellent inter personal, documentation, facilitation presentation skills with excellent spoken and written English. Experience in communicating with Clients.
10. Must be able to come up with new ideas and have zeal to give extra to the project.
11. Manage day-to-day client interaction and set client expectation
12. Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
13. Good Analytical and problem solving and communication skills.
14. Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional and business specifications (BRD / SRS Preparation)
15. Requirement walk-through and getting requirement sign-off
16. Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
17. Explaining the requirements to technical teams
18. Understanding the Adhoc changes and analysis on the impact and creating spec documents
19. Supporting testing in creating test cases and review of test cases
20. Creating Release documents and UAT Testing of the release
21. Communicating with clients throughout the life cycle of a project to update them with the progress and path ahead from time to time.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
