We are seeking an experienced CS+SD consultant. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing SAP solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires deep Functional knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust, scalable, and innovative SAP systems.

15+ Years of experience in implementation & Support of SAP CS + SD Module in  ECC.

Minimum 3 E2E experience in leading the CS + SD Module SAP configuration implementation and support in ECC and S/4 Hana environment. Prefer to have global experience in leading the CS track in multiple country implementation with local taxation. Strong experience in Finance integration prefered with respect to CS Ability to capture and translate business needs into functional specifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design of SAP solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
2. Knowledge of end-to-end solution architectures across SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, PP, CS, and S/4HANA.
3. Ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and maintainability in architectural decisions.
4. Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Provide guidance and technical expertise during workshops, blueprint sessions, and project delivery.
6. Oversee and participate in SAP solution implementation, configuration, and customization.
7. Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with third-party applications and other enterprise platforms.
8. Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
9. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends, ensuring the organization leverages innovative tools and methods.
10. Define and enforce SAP architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
11. Conduct regular system audits and health checks to identify and address potential issues.
12. Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across SAP landscapes.
13. Ensure the security and compliance of SAP systems with relevant regulations.

Skills/Qualification:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with at least 5 years in an architectural role.
3. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and a deep understanding of modules such as SD, MM, CS, FICO, and integration points.
4. Proficiency in EDI/IDOC processes, data migration, and SAP integration with non-SAP systems.
5. Strong knowledge of system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
6. Demonstrated experience in large-scale SAP projects, including migrations and upgrades.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
