SAP ABAP - Technical Lead

• Experience       : 6 years to 8 years
• Work Location : Noida / Bangalore
• Work Mode       : Hybrid (3 days office every week)

Looking for candidates with experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing complex SAP ABAP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement complex SAP ABAP applications, leveraging ABAP on HANA and HANA views.
2. Develop FIORI applications, ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems.
3. Create detailed technical specifications based on functional requirements, aligning solutions with business objectives and technology standards.
4. Analyze and optimize ABAP program performance, implementing performance tuning techniques to ensure efficient code execution.
5. Lead technical teams, providing guidance and expertise in ABAP development and FIORI implementation.
6. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills:

1. Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development, including ABAP on HANA and HANA views.
2. Good hands experience on RICEF objects. Especially Data Dictionary, any kind of internal table operation, Report, Open SQL, Module Pool programing and ALV (Object Oriented Way)
3. Fair knowledge on ABAP OOPS, Enhancements and Forms
4. Proven ability to analyze and optimize ABAP program performance.
5. Excellent technical specification writing and documentation skills.
6. Strong understanding of business objectives and technology standards.

Good to have Skills:

1. Experience with FIORI development, including SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements is good to have.

BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent
