Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection from various internal and external sources to support business analysis and research.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, market segments, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze customer data, sales trends, and business metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., surveys, CRM, financial reports).
• Assist in the preparation of reports, charts, and dashboards to visualize data findings for stakeholders.
• Present findings through clear, actionable reports and visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, dashboards).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, sales) to identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) to interpret data and generate predictive insights.
• Support the marketing team with customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and product positioning.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the B2B IT industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms.

Total Experience Expected: 03-07 years

Post Graduate degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
