A project without sufficient oversight and coordination might not deliver positive outcomes, which is where our Project Managers come in. You’ll use methodologies like Agile/Scrum and Prince2 to define project scopes, set timelines, and manage resources. 

If you see the project meander, you’re there to put it back on track through leadership, communication and problem-solving. To align the project with wider business goals, you’ll never lose sight of effective risk management and budgeting while upholding quality standards. Experience in delivering large, complex IT projects is a must. 

Consultants are the ultimate collaborators, integrating the diverse needs of clients into customised solutions that drive digital transformation and foster positive business outcomes. Your role demands excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and address their challenges with minimal complexity. Staying informed about industry trends and committed to continuous learning will be crucial as you incorporate the latest developments into your work. With your extensive experience in managing large, complex IT projects and a strategic mindset, you will enable both global and local businesses to enhance operational performance and gain a competitive edge.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:  

• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or PMI. 
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent. 
• Experience: 5+ years. 
• Languages: English, Dutch and French.
