As part of the GSOp Product Assurance support, you will have the following responsibilities:
- PA control of document deliveries to Galileo Customers, control of the GfR GSOp document
- delivery process;
- PA Support for Ground and Space Segment maintenance in problem management related
- tasks, especially participation in the ARB, pre-ARB, ORB, CCB, MRAB, and coordination meetings;
- PA support for L3 maintenance, particularly by preparing and participating in pre-shipment
- reviews, QSPRs, internal and external audits;
- PA reports, assessment and statistics on anomalies and observation tickets;
- Contributions to process definitions;
- Manage the interactions with institutional stakeholders and maintenance subcontractors to support routine tasks;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications or a similar relevant technical field
- 5-10 years of experience in Product Assurance or Quality Assurance in the space domain, preferably also in Software Quality Assurance
- Structured way of working, attention to detail
- Knowledge of ECSS standards
- Knowledge of the Galileo Software Standard would be an asset
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python) and experience with AI/Machine Learning tools will be considered an asset
- An advanced level of English is mandatory, and German is a plus
