I2S delivers end-to-end services to major organizations through a flexible delivery model that combines strong local presence with global execution capabilities.
We are looking for a Network & Security Architect to join a long-term consulting engagement embedded within a major global client.
You will operate at enterprise scale, acting as a trusted extension of the client’s internal architecture team. Working closely with the client’s Principal Architect, you will own the integration and deployment of critical network and security solutions across multiple international regions.
This role is predominantly focused on architecture and delivery leadership, with a smaller operational component to ensure solutions are stable, supportable, and aligned with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Own global network and security architectures from high-level design through low-level design and implementation.
- Defend architecture and security design decisions in Architecture Review Boards with Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders.
- Lead the deployment of solutions across international regions by coordinating local technical teams and ensuring consistency with global standards.
- Produce high-quality architecture and operational documentation used as reference across the organization, including LLDs, integration guides, and operations manuals.
- Provide Level 3 support for solutions you deploy to ensure smooth transition from Build to Run and continuous improvement of architectures.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager by providing clear technical inputs, delivery milestones, and measurable KPIs to support governance and reporting
Technical Environment
You will evolve in a complex enterprise environment including:
- Security and firewalling: Check Point (Gateways, Maestro, Management), Cisco ISE (NAC, posture)
- Datacenter and network: Cisco ACI (Multi-Site, Multi-Pod), routing and switching
- Orchestration and compliance: Tufin (rule audit and optimization)
- DDI and source of truth: Infoblox (global IPAM and DNS), NetBox (infrastructure documentation)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in architecture and implementation of network and security projects in international or multi-site environments.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce precise and detailed LLDs, HLDs, and operational guides.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Check Point, Cisco ISE, Cisco ACI, Infoblox, and NetBox.
- Technical leadership to drive execution and coordinate stakeholders, while working closely with the Project Manager to define and track meaningful KPIs.
- Fluent English is required in a global context. French is a plus.
- Strong methodological rigor to ensure a clean transition from project delivery to operations.
- Clear communication skills to interface effectively with central architecture and local teams.
- Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package: life insurance, long-term disability, health care, dental, vision, and a health spending account to support your well-being (Sopra Steria covers 100% of premiums)
- Paid time off: sick leave, personal days, and 3 weeks of vacation
- Monthly transportation allowance
- Excellent training, development, and career advancement opportunities, with active support to strengthen your skills in a caring, collaborative, and inclusive company culture
- Hybrid work environment
- Provided equipment to ensure optimal productivity
- Sopra Steria is certified as a “Great Place to Work”
