Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Define and manage the test strategy, test approach, and test plans
2. Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across releases
3. Review and approve test cases, test scripts, and test execution results
4. Ensure adequate test coverage, traceability, and quality metrics
5. Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and closure
6. Drive adherence to QA processes, standards, and governance
7. Coordinate with development, business, and client stakeholders
8. Track testing progress, risks, and dependencies and provide regular status reporting
9. Mentor and guide Senior Testers and test team members
10. Support release sign-off and quality readiness assessments

Must-Have Skills

1. Strong expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes
2. Proven experience leading testing teams and test delivery
3. Strong understanding of test design, execution, and defect lifecycle
4. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
5. Solid knowledge of debugging techniques and root cause analysis
6. Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience in test automation strategy and frameworks
2. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing
3. Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
4. Metrics-driven test reporting and quality dashboards

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Bachelor in Engineering/ Computer Science

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Primary Skills: QA and Test related tools and processes . debugging techniques including error log reviews, error coding standards, root cause identification and problem closure. document defects and validate the fixes provided."
