• Responsible for coding, unit testing, application development/support, bug fixing and deliver assigned tasks as per predefined timelines and quality standards.

• Must Have: Cobol, JCL and VSAM, Good To Have: IMS ,DB2, Huron, Rexx

• Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP.
• Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
• Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type.
• Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
• Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem records
• Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
• Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
• Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support.
• Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working
• Should be willing to work in Development/support in UK/India shift.
