We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's strategic initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

Job Description

• Ensure functional specifications are well-defined for the application development team.

• Act as functional SME to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and the development team.

• Gain expertise in workflows and ensure it is well understood and translated for development to meet project goals.

• Review, understand, and suggest improvements to BPMN workflows, ensuring they meet business needs.

• Collaborate on functional design, addressing feasibility, user experience, and technical constraints.

• Flexibility to adapt to project needs, ready to switch between BA lead and test lead roles as required by the project.

• Manage and create test cases using Xray, ensuring comprehensive coverage of project requirements.

• Execute test plans using SQL and Postman/SOAP UI, and ensure proper documentation of test results.

• Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve any testing issues.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead role

• Testing Proficiency: Experience with Xray, API testing (Postman/SOAP UI), and SQL.

• B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA.

• Understanding of Camunda BPM, TM Forum standards, Elastic Search, and Kibana is preferred.

• Understanding of SQL, Postman/SOAP UI, and Xray for testing and validation.
