As a Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the vital link between our business objectives and the technical implementation of our business applications. Your role will involve driving the functional and technical design of our applications, specifying precise requirements, and analyzing defects. You will be responsible for adapting and designing components and processes to ensure our applications are highly reliable. Your business understanding, visibility on data coming from the applications and technical knowledge will put you in the unique position to make the competitive advantage on the market. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative AI solutions and AI-driven processes, aligning with cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead the design and architecture of business applications.
- Analyze defects and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Analyze applications data to come up with business improvement ideas
- Adapt and design components and processes to enhance application reliability.
- Implement AI solutions and AI-driven processes to meet business needs.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
- Utilize project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer science or IT-related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in system design and documentation.
- Experience with MS Office, oneConfluence, JIRA, Database (MySQL), Office, and Diagrams Notations (UML, BPMN, ePC).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM.
- Understanding of the insurance business.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Postman and Webservices (JSON).
- Familiarity with GitHub, APIs, Java, XSD, JSON.
- Experience with Splunk, including query capabilities.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace and AWS Console.
- Understanding of Assistance value chain.
