Within the Digital Platform Services department, our teams specialize in areas such as cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup or storage, as well as networking and security. We also have 1st line support consultants who speak French and English, but also Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

The Application Services department is responsible for areas such as software development, data engineering, testing services, CRM, ITSM and ERP platform integrations, as well as application management for customers in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.


Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to join Sopra Steria Polska in our Trainings Department

Purpose of the Internship

Supporting the Trainings Team in ongoing operational activities, organizing and updating training materials, and assisting with simple communication campaigns related to internal trainers and the L&D training offer.

Scope of Responsibilities

The Intern will support the team’s activities, including:

  • updating internal databases, schedules, training documentation, and intranet content,
  • assisting in preparing internal trainer recruitment campaigns (communication materials, summaries, updates),
  • supporting the implementation of campaigns promoting internal trainers within the organization and participating in employer branding activities,
  • refreshing the visual design of internal communication materials (e.g., training invitations, informational announcements) based on existing templates,
  • helping prepare webinar and event offerings for employees (topic listings, descriptions, informational materials),
  • updating training descriptions: verifying content with trainers, checking link accuracy and relevance.

The tasks are operational and supportive in nature – the intern is not responsible for decision‑making or independently managing projects.


Qualifications

Requirements

  • student status (fields such as HR, communication, marketing, management, linguistics, administration, graphic design are welcome but not mandatory),
  • good organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • ability to work with documents and basic tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • basic sense of aesthetics and written communication,
  • ability to work independently after receiving instructions,
  • very good command of Polish and good command of English.
