During the internship, you will closely collaborate with the team responsible for organizing various events for Sopra Steria.

• Monitor the established processes

• Update and follow up on the events calendar

• Assisted in organizing several significant events (Belgium & the Netherlands) and all job and internship fairs in Belgium, from beginning to end

• Support in determining the target audience, location, catering, logistics, etc.  

• Maintain contact with suppliers and clients

• Aid in event communication and promotion

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in communication, marketing, event management, or a related field

• You are proactive and entrepreneurial, with a keen eye for organisation and attention to detail

• You can work well in a team but also independently

• You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

• You are available for an internship of at least four months, working 32 hours per week
