Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in EMBEDDED C, DO178B/C
• Expertise in Embedded development (Requirement Engineering, Design, development) and Verification Validation
• Knowledge and Experience in working with Aircraft systems.
• Experience in Embedded software solution building.
• Experience in Presales 
• Experience in conducting training and up-skilling and cross-skilling team.
• Experience in interaction and technical review meetings with the customer.

Desired skills

• Experience in Model Based System Engineering, SysML, UML
• Experience in Model based development.
• Experience in working on UNIX/LINUX platform.
• Experience in working with AIRBUS Embedded projects.
• Knowledge of Model based Testing.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and ARINC Protocols. 
• Knowledge of AIRBUS M&T is an Added advantage.

• Technically support and manage the team.
• Involve in Pre-sales support and workload estimations.
• Regular Connect with customers.
• Provide solutions and in some cases challenge customer or the team in a constructive way when there is a need.
• Drive Automations and innovations in the team.
• Skill and capability Management of the team (Up-Skilling and Cross-Skilling)
• Drive Project Audits
