Will you be our new Corporate Recruiter?

Are you an experienced Tech Recruiter who knows exactly how to find and excite top talent? Do you thrive on challenges, enjoy working with driven colleagues, and want to contribute to the growth of one of Europe’s leading tech companies? Then we’re looking for you at Sopra Steria!

As a Corporate Tech Recruiter, you are the driving force behind our growth. You ensure that candidates not only find us but also become enthusiastic about working at Sopra Steria.

You coordinate the entire recruitment process and are responsible for sourcing. You work closely with our hiring managers to identify and select the best candidates. Thanks to your expertise and personal approach, you make a real difference. Whether it’s active sourcing, networking, or attending events—you make sure our talent pool stays full. Selection interviews are conducted by our business teams.

Job Requirements

  • ​​​​​​You have a minimum of a bachelor’s (HBO) level of working and thinking.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter, specifically in hiring Microsoft (.NET) Software Developers.
  • You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
  • You have experience with sourcing and use various channels to find the right candidates.
  • You feel at home in a dynamic IT environment.
  • You are flexible and know how to come up with creative solutions to engage your target group.
  • You have a no-nonsense mentality.
  • You perform well under pressure and are comfortable working with targets.
  • We’re looking for someone who is interested in a permanent (in-house) position.

What you can expect from us:

At Sopra Steria, we make sure you can enjoy your work and do it in balance. That's why we offer an attractive and flexible package of employment conditions: 

  • A permanent contract and a salary between € 3340,- and € 5000,-  gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). The exact grading depends on your experience and the role; 

  • Holiday pay of 8%; 

  • A generous mobility budget in the form of a lease arrangement of € 1.092,- with the choice of an electric lease car with NS Business Card or lease bike or an alternative transport arrangement of € 998,- - whichever best suits your way of travelling; 

  • Profit sharing of 8% on target (or OTB fixed amount, depending on position); 

  • 27 paid holidays; 

  • Flex benefit  budget of €1.800, - per year with an additional percentage of your salary on top. This budget can be used for things such as purchasing extra days off or saving extra in your pension scheme; 

  • Home office with laptop, telephone and a monthly internet allowance; 

  • Hybrid working: at home or at the office, depending on what you need; 

  • Development opportunities via training courses, knowledge-sharing sessions and inspiring (networking) events; 

  • Social activities with colleagues - from convivial get-togethers to sporting or substantive outings; 

  • A flexible pension scheme, to which you can add contributions tailored to suit you. 

  • You can participate in collective health insurance.
