Responsibilities:

1. Developing, configuring and deploying monitoring tools and scripts for applications and systems
2. Troubleshooting and resolving incidents while collaborating with the development and IT teams to minimise downtime and maintain service quality
3. Monitoring and analysing cloud resource usage to identify cost-saving opportunities
4. Creating and maintaining technical documents for cloud infrastructure and related processes
5. Developing and implementing automation scripts to reduce repetitive tasks and eliminate human error
6. Collaborating with product development, information technology (IT) and architecture teams to evaluate and implement new services based on requirements
7. Developing automation solutions to streamline processes, such as creating scripts to run specific tasks on computer systems
8. Preferred skills like Change Support, Documentation Production, Eco-design of Digital Services, Export Control Basics (USA and EU), Service Delivery, Service Level Management, Solution Performance Management, User Support, User management
9. Ability to learn and master Airbus specific applications
10. Monitors and tracks system performance against negotiated service-level agreements (SLAs).
11. Individual & proactive Way of Working. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adaptation and learning of the business processes speak of the customer especially around functional design applications.
12. Supervises system backup processing and leads disaster recovery tests Identifies and implements technologies and processes that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability of the systems environment.
13. Good understanding of server architecture (preferred cloud) and Engineering applications.

Mandatory Skills:

- EC2, IAM, ECS, S3, VPC, Cloud watch, EKS, storage, Databases, Alerting Infrastructure,

- Good technical Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure components viz. Compute, network, security.

- Experience on Containers/VMware

- Experience in infrastructure setup, services operation and governance in Public cloud environments(AWS).

- Demonstrated experience with Saas solutions and services, particularly managing enterprise applications on AWS cloud, focusing on availability and performance. In-depth

knowledge of AWS services like storage, Databases, IAM, ECS, EKS etc..

- Manage and Administer cloud platforms of AWS hosting enterprise applications and databases in accordance with Company Security Guidelines.

- Good working experience on Cloud Projects both - Private and Public Clouds.

- Knowledge of cloud SLA’s and SLA based delivery Mechanisms.

- Knowledge of ITIL based practices.

- Have experience in Disaster recovery planning and testing.

- Showing proficiency in developing and implementing cloud strategies.

- Experience on application support and maintenance, bug fixes, L2 & L3 support for software products. Knowledge of Tools like Jira, version one, Service Now are needed

- Knowledge of major ITIL processes (e.g. incident, problem, change management) and preferred with the Airbus application landscape.

Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years

Engineering graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience
