We are looking for a dynamic Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, and business process modelling, with the ability to analyse business needs and drive strategic initiatives. A design thinking approach is a plus, helping to develop innovative and user-centred solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain business process models to streamline workflows and optimize operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and business objectives.
- Support project management activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to enhance problem-solving and innovation as a plus.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks).
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with Figma, Miro and other design tools is a plus.
