As a Business Analyst, you drive innovation by supporting the design and improvement of business processes. You identify market trends and translate them into efficient IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, budget, and feasibility. You prepare solution alternatives, oversee project execution, and conduct functional testing to deliver solid results.

By clearly documenting and presenting processes, you enable informed decision-making. Working agile, you continuously adapt in consultation with customers and act as an advisor, helping them leverage technology to achieve their business goals.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:  

• You are an analytical person who gets energy from working as part of a team.
• You enjoy working at the intersection of Business and IT and would like to further develop yourself as a Business Analyst.
• You have an analytic mindset and manage to have a helicopter view over all activities.
• You are accurate, entrepreneurial and ask questions to get to the heart of the matter.
• You have a proven track-record as Business Analyst with at least 4 years of experience.
• Experience with agile working.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably economy or IT). 
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and in English.
