Job Description

1)      Technical

·       Mandatory:

  • Expert on any of the Axway products / Any other competitor B2B product
  • Knowledge of EDI domain and standards
  • Familiar with Databases like MySQL/DB2/Oracle
  • Good working experience on Linux and Windows environment
  • Familiar with various network protocols e.g., HTTP/FTP/SFTP/SMTP
  • Knowledge of SSL, SSH, LDAP/firewalls, Certificates
  • Knowledge of SOAP/REST API
  • Well versed on designing, developing, modifying and debugging various technical issues.
  •   Desirable:
  • Familiar with Linux (RHEL/SUSE)
  • Familiar with Automation and pipeline tools for CI/CD (Ansible/Puppet, GiT) usage and exceution.
  • Good to have experience with Bash and python/ Terraform.
  • Familiar with Any Cloud (AWS or Azure)
  • Familiar with networking concepts will be add on..

 

2)      Operational              

24*7*365 shift (with night shift and India Festivals / Public holidays). On call support from Home

 

3)      Soft Skills / Experience

·       Mandatory:

  • Good communications skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience on Upgrade and Migration Projects.
  • Client engagement experience
  • knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident/Problem/Change Management processes experience 

·       Desirable:

  • Strong ability to map customer requirements to a solution approach
  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and incisive thinking ability
  • Excellent in Client Interfacing and customer co-ordination Skills
  • Knowledge of product architecture
  • Autonomous with one programming language/scripting·

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years


Qualifications

B.Tech(CS)/BE(CS)/MCA
