Job Description

Role Requirement-

The candidate will be supporting the global customers on Axway APIM suite

  1. Exposure supporting an Integration/API Management platform like Axway API Gateway/ CA API Gateway/ MuleSoft API Gateway/IBM API Connect/ APIGEE/ KONG/ 3Scale or similar API Gateway products
  2. Must have strong knowledge on Unix and Linux administration
  3. Knowledge around Webservices, SOAP and REST
  4. Knowledge around Network fundamentals & related Troubleshooting
  5. Knowledge around Communication protocols – HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, MQ, JMS etc.
  6. Knowledge around Network security concepts (Encryption / Authentication / Certificates), OAuth, LDAP etc.
  7. Autonomous with one programming language/scripting·
  8. Autonomous with one Database. Good understanding of SQL
  9. Production support experience

Operational              

  1. On call support as & when required by the project.

Soft Skills / Experience

  1. Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
  2. Customer/Front Office engagement experience

Desirable:

  1. Knowledge of ITIL practices, Incident/Problem/Change Management experience
  2. Ability to work independently and have Learnability Skills.
  3. Exposure on Docker, Kubernetes and Container-based solutions.
  4. Exposure on Cloud like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  5. Exposure to NoSQL/MySQL/Cassandra

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
