As an Account Manager with experience within the Insurance / Mutuality / Social Secretariat sector at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships. You’ll understand their individual needs, provide them tailored IT solutions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the excellent service clients expect from Sopra Steria. Staying informed of industry trends, managing timelines, and answering client issues using confident communication and technical knowledge will be your day-to-day job as an Account Manager. You’re mindful of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while building long term partnerships for community-wide digital transformation and business success.
Managing communication between the company and its clients is what our Sales colleagues do best. You’ll be an expert in how Sopra Steria delivers value. You’ll be cordial and deliver top-tier service to both internal and external clients. No one understands the needs and wants of our customers better, you’ll be able to anticipate and fulfil clients wishes with ease. Handling complex tasks without difficulty is crucial so you can hit deadlines and make sales to build a portfolio of satisfied accounts.

- Good knowledge and experience within the Insurance / Mutuality / Social Secretariat sector
- Cross-selling experience within different IT large projects (ex: Software implementation, AI solutions, migration to cloud, Data migration, etc.)
- Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative and strategic thinker.
- Commercial Expertise: Demonstrated success in business development and pitching.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and an existing network.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Experience: minimum 5 years.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French + excellent knowledge in English.
