Our technological architecture must run alongside and support our business goals at Sopra Steria, and IT Architects make that happen by creating blueprints for software, hardware, networks, and data systems. Security and efficiency are safeguarded as 

IT Architects conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance. As an IT Architect, you’ll take the long view with a strategic planning mindset, deep technical knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. Scalability as we work towards digital transformation is crucial, as we collaborate with stakeholders to adopt new technologies.

As an experienced (Enterprise) architect, you have proven your ability to take clients down the right routes to achieve their goals. Your team player mentality and ability to connect people, combined with excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, make you a valuable asset to the team. You have excellent stakeholder management skills, including at C-level, and are organisationally sensitive. Other characteristics of your personality are your team orientation, goal orientation and result orientation. You are a true change agent who inspires and motivates others to achieve the best results together.
