What do our colleagues think?
Benjamin joined Sopra Steria in February 2021. His job is to analyse architecture dossiers, and work on building blocks that together form a fully secured solution for the client. Working on interesting projects with impact and having amazing training opportunities and the possibility to also grow personally are the main advantages of working at Sopra Steria for Benjamin. Mohamed started working for us in October 2016 as a Junior System Engineer after we approached him. “Since then, Sopra Steria and I enjoy our time together and the company really feels like my second home”. I believe curiosity, and patience are the most important qualities for someone who does my job, because not everything you want to achieve, will happen in 1 day. A regular working day can look like this: I discover the environment of the client, solve issues and manage users or I am involved when a system crashed. It's also Research & Development, exploring new products and solutions that could be relevant for the client.
