Sometimes you need more time to connect with an organisation. You can talk to us in real life before applying during recruitment sessions, school forums, sporting events, … or by connecting with one of us on LinkedIn.
Now we’ll study your CV and cover letter to assess whether they meet our expectations and needs. If your profile matches, we call you to discuss your application and your motivation for joining us.
In a first call, we focus on your career plan, availability and mobility. This preliminary stage allows us to check that both of our expectations align. Then, we plan a first formal interview. This is your chance to show your motivation! We will discuss the context of the projects and your future assignments in detail. Depending on your profile, you may be offered technical (and personality) tests.
We make sure to get back to you no matter what. We’ll discuss your application experience and share the feedback of those you met during your interview process. Do not hesitate to stay in touch with the people you meet, especially your recruitment contact.
A personalised welcome on your first day
Upon arrival, you are greeted by HR, your manager and your buddy. They will present your project and work environment. You will meet the teams you will work with and are guided through the first steps of your project.
Discover your new ecosystem
You will be invited to participate in an Onboarding Day to discover your new ecosystem, including Sopra Steria Group and your specific entity. You'll also learn what Sopra Steria is all about: our innovative projects, inspiring colleagues, and core values. Welcome to a journey of discovery, collaboration, and growth!
